Professional identity

Ruksh has fifteen years of verified production engineering experience starting December 2010 — beginning at Techerz IT Consultancy, advancing through ExaTex Enterprise Solutions and Learning Pitch as Lead Software Engineer and Software Architect, and now serving as Senior AI Engineer at Infixio in Karachi since Nov 2023 where she owns the agentic AI surface, the LLM infrastructure, and production generative AI delivery for enterprise clients. She designs and owns end-to-end agentic AI systems that replace manual workflows, compress operating cost, and convert unstructured enterprise data into revenue. Her work spans LangGraph orchestration, multi-agent tool calling, vector retrieval, distillation, and large-model deployment on planetary AI, autonomous decision systems, and healthcare intelligence.

Her current bench operates fluently across the closed-model frontier from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Mistral, and across the open-weight frontier from Meta, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, Phi, Falcon, and Jais.

Research identity

Her research record is in the planetary AI and applied foundation-model domains. Her MSc thesis at NED University of Engineering and Technology, titled MARS-MINDS, was completed under the Department of Computer Information System Engineering and produced a five-model deep learning platform for autonomous Mars mission intelligence covering twenty-one NASA and European Space Agency planetary datasets. The thesis benchmarks exceed published baselines on each of the four sub-tasks. Her authorship pipeline is calibrated to Elsevier Q1 and IEEE W-category methodology.

Founder identity

She is the founder of four ventures. Phoenix Research and AI Systems is the parent research and engineering company that performs market analytics and historical data analysis and delivers research-based problem-solving AI systems across every regulated industry. Phoenix AI-AAS is the AI-as-a-service operating brand that ships agentic AI products under recurring subscription. Phoenix Minds is the healthcare, mental health, and special-needs intelligence brand that connects practitioners across psychiatry, neurology, behaviour analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, ADL therapy, sports therapy, remedial teaching, resource teaching, shadow teaching, support teaching, and gynaecology under one credential-verified network with a complete roadmap for clients, longitudinal medical record management, and an automated IEP engine that ingests global SEN board curricula. MARS-MINDS is the planetary AI brand that delivers the most up-to-date system for Martian dust-storm forecasting, habitat building, safe landing, and mission planning with a reinforcement-learning controller that coordinates the underlying models.

Operating principles

She runs an evidence-led engineering practice. Every system she ships is measurable, observable, and reversible. Every model decision is justified against accuracy, cost, and latency on the workload at hand. Every claim she makes is supported by a benchmark, a deployment artefact, or a customer outcome. She does not ship work that she cannot maintain in live operation.

The personal foundation

I am a builder who happens to be a mother, and the two facts shape every decision I make. I am the mother of three boys. My eldest is thirteen. My twins are eleven and they are autistic. The Pakistani system, like most systems, is not designed for them. There is no single roadmap a family can pick up and follow. There is no single registry a parent can search to find the right specialist. There is no single longitudinal record that follows a child from a neonatal consult to a behaviour assessment to a school IEP. I spent years gathering those things by hand. Then I started to build them.

Phoenix Minds began as the system I wished existed for my own children. A credential-verified network that connects every category of practitioner under one roof. A roadmap that tells a family where to start. A longitudinal medical record from the prenatal scan to the current age. An IEP generation engine that ingests the curricula of every SEN board in the world and produces age-appropriate, board-aligned, individualised education plans for children with learning disabilities and developmental conditions.

Location and engagement

She is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and is open to remote engagement globally, with priority for the Gulf Cooperation Council, the European Union, the Nordic region, the United Kingdom, and North America. She is open to relocation under work permit, sponsorship, or talent-visa programmes that include family accompaniment.
